GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”) and the DIFC courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute that may arise out of the use of this Site. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC courts should any litigation be raised by you against Ark Capital.
PRIVACY / DATA PROTECTION
