  • Proactively and frequently entertain clients and prospects at various events, which will include ‘out of office hours’ commitment including business travel, as part of relationship management expectations.

  1. Relationship Management & Follow-Up:
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with potential clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring they remain engaged and informed.
  • Provide ongoing communication with clients’ post-sale regarding relevant market developments and the firm’s product offerings.
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring they view the firm as a trusted partner for their financial needs.

  1. Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and financial developments that could impact the firm’s sales efforts or product positioning.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on potential client concerns, market gaps, and new business opportunities based on insights gathered during sales interactions.
  • Regularly update the CRM system with detailed records of client communications, pipeline progress, and deal status, ensuring all sales activities are documented accurately.

  1. Brand Representation & Networking:
  • Build a network of contacts across the financial services industry, identifying new opportunities to collaborate and expand the firm’s market presence.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the firm’s values and solutions, ensuring that the firm is viewed positively within the industry and among potential clients.
